Guest guest
Thanks for your thoughts =) Feeling anxious about the future and your kindness makes a huge difference. I have been good about eating saltines before doses. Lunch did not stay down yesterday but I had a few sips of soup last night. I am not yet diagnosed, just first round of blood tests for RA and SLE. Doc said the prednisone would help me through this " flare " for either condition, so no, I am not any anthing but the prednisone. Sure enough, had a better morning, but just now got the pred down after eating crackers this morning and the lightheaded and hard to concentrate thing is coming back again. Thank you for any input. Guest guest
Hi KD, i'm on my first go-round w/prednisone. My Dr. started me on a 12 day taper and I am now about half way through it. I felt great the first 3 days and it has all been down hill from there. Maybe your doctor can adjust your dose? just a thought. Hope you feel better! Guest guest
Hi KD: Just thought I would drop you a note and see how you are doing. I hope you are feeling better, and that the nausea is not as bad. If I am having nausea, I buy those soups in styrofoam cups, usually the chicken noodle, and have that with Saltines. It works so good for me and my stomach. I hope you are feeling better. Take care.
