Hi Pat

Sure will be worth a try if Al's doc agrees. It has done wonders for my

hair and nails.

I don't eat very much food at all now (gastric fullness) so found that

there were not enough minerals in the supplement I take. It is possible

that Al needs his thyroid meds adjusting. Another question for his doc.

Please let me know how it goes.
