Guest guest
Mercury from dental fillings is often a factor in teeth grinding, and improves on removal. Do you have amalgam fillings? Many with MS improve some after proper replacement and detox. After being pretty disabled, I'm mostly recovered after amalgam replacement and detox. Many others similar. www.flcv.com/MS.html
Guest guest
Zinc deficiency can also cause you to grind your teeth. The metals in dental carries often interfere with other minerals. Copper is a zinc antagonist. > > Mercury from dental fillings is often a factor in teeth grinding, and improves on removal. > Do you have amalgam fillings? Guest guest
magnesium deficiency can make you tense and unable to relax. The most powerful magnesium I have used is magnesium oil, I use it every night and it makes my tense muscles melt away, sort of like a tranquilizer but better because it relaxes mentally and physically at the nerve and muscle level. I have also had good results with l-theanine to relax and sleep at night.
