Guest guest
i had all dissolving stitches i guess (or all glue). Anyway on first rounds the surgeon drizzled some surgical glue up and dpwn the stitches. He checked it at 3 weeks and hardly anything was visible anymore as i recalled. But two weeks later I almost went in to have a very top knot stitch that was very evident removed.. Then the day i planned to call in for an asap appointment I pulled on that seemingly very secure knot's two strings and it came out unexpectedly easy as pie with my two fingers barely tugging on them. Kept antibiotic and bandaid on during each night for a few days while the incision top tip knot hole healed just fine. Guest guest
I thought last year and this year now rarely too that even though I am very sparing and deciding about if and what pain med to take and why and about how I justify my need for any (even the Tylenol) of the pain meds I have a sense (maybe my imagination or caused by my distrust of them ) that sometimes my pain seems to have no real justifiable prior therapy or overt activity cause and that in turn makes me wonder if just maybe it was a bit of pain medication rebound pain trying to get me to keep the pain meds coming more frequently as they had been. Oh well i forgot all about the left over and outdated pain meds i had from last year nice enough eventually after the THR and i guess I am doing it the same way again.after this TKR so should make it through my pain med needs vs concerns again this time.
