Dr. Rutledge,

Can we take B12 drops, the ones you place under the tongue? I really don't

want to do the shots...if you say they are better, than I will. I did a

search on your site and I saw some studies/articles about B12 I didn't see

where you encouraged it or not. I don't want to do it if it won't help with

energy of course. I am taking my daily vitamin 3x a day but my energy is

really starting to drop.
