I have been using Bio-Identical Progesterone Cream for over a year now. I have

very little pain as long as I watch my diet. I am using the cream according to

Dr. Platt's protocol. You can listen to an interview with him at

http://www.askclaudia.com/a-time-to-heal/oct292007.htm . He recommends 100 mg

before each meal and a diet of meat, vegetables and some fruit. You can learn

more about Bio-Identical Progesterone Cream at

http://www.bodymindspirithealing.com/progesterone.htm .

Dr Platt changed my life and I highly recommend using the cream to balance the

hormones.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you . I was wondering what brand you take where you buy

it), and do you take it every day? 300mg per day sounds like the

highest dose I have heard of. I was told a typical dose is 20-100mg

in a day of cream.

Also, do you have MS, or are you just in this group for other

reasons. I have a fibroid. I have been taking progesterone cream for

a year, but my levels are still very low and actually have gone down.

I may have a bad cream, not be taking enough, or I may be one of the

people who can't absorb progesterone cream.

Thanks
