Ok, I have revised my daily supplement intake.

I was feeling 'off' or 'odd' so, decided that I may be getting too much of a few

things... I removed them and now I am taking:

1. Women's Ultra Mega Multivitamin and Mineral supplement - A.M. & P.M. (it's a

2 pill dose)

2. B12 (MS) - (very important for MS and fibroids. They are needed by the liver

to convert excess oestrogen into weaker and less dangerous forms. B vitamins are

important for the breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the body.

They can also help with the emotional symptoms of endometriosis.) - A.M.

3. Fiber (to counteract the large dose of Iron) - A.M. & P.M.

4. Iron (Anemia) - P.M.

5. Evening Primrose Oil (omega 6) - A.M.

6. Garlic (Inhibits Tumor Growth) - P.M.

* APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ?? (looking into this)

* Cayenne Pepper (Shrinks Tumor) ?? (looking into this)

I am still following the diet from my original post though...
