Hi ,

It is nice to be back.  Had a bad flare and could not get on the computer much,

plus I needed a new computer which I got for Christmas!  Nice!  They have also

diagnosed me with Raynaud's especially in the feet.  I expect a lot of RA

patients have this.  Anyhow, thanks for noticing I was back and I will try to

remember all the rules. LOL.

Gentle hugs to all,

Thanks for the update on you, Tracie.

I also have Raynaud's, and it is, literally, a pain.

I will happily remind you if you break any of the rules. You have been

such a troublemaker in the past. LOL.

No secret remedies, Tracie.

If you smoke - anything - you must quit.

Keep your whole body warm, not just the extremities. Use layers,

layers, layers. I often wear tights with socks, jeans, and warm boots.

Two tops. On my hands, cheap knit gloves under big mittens. Those

chemical packets you can put in your mittens are great, but expensive

if you use them a lot. Heated outerwear that runs on batteries is

available. Expensive, too, but wonderful.

An electric blanket is good to have for sleeping and lounging.

Don't run out to get the mail or take out the garbage without being

dressed for the weather.

Make sure the bathroom is warm before you take a shower.

In the summer when the air conditioning is on, I always wear socks.

very painful.  Any secret remedies.  As you know, I live in a very cold state!
