Hi Kate, I agree with , you don't need to apologize. I didn't make myself

clear in the note to but I knew she knew what I was talking about since her

and I have discussed this before. I will try and remember that others reading my

posts wouldn't have had a clue and I need to be more specific in what I am

talking about in my posts. Either way I did appreciate your encouragement. They

do list so many side effects it tends to turn a person away.
