I basically want to figure out some systematic way of finding my triggers. My insurance doesn't cover a nutritionist (or any kind of alternate medicine) so any help would be appreciated. Second, what's the final word on vitamins? Which are good and which are bad for us? A while back for example, I was told by my OBGYN that vitamin B supplements cause breakouts and so one shouldn't take too much. On the other hand, I also read that vitamin B is good for reducing stress (which is a rosacea trigger).
