Of course, I was unable to walk without Prednisone. I started the cholesterol med last Friday evening and the anti-thyroid Saturday morning. I had my Remicade infusion Wednesday. When she started it and again when she raised the rate, I felt a flushing through my body, similar to what you feel when they are doing a CT and the inject contrast . That was the first time for that reaction. She took a longer time to do the infusion, which was all right with me. The last two days I've had a terrible stiffness in the back of my right leg, so that I can't really bend my knee. I'm going to do a trial soon to see if it's the side effect of myalgia which can happen with Zocor. Or maybe she can give me an additional drug to counteract the side-effects of the drug that was given to me for a side effect. dd
