Please click on " Files " to the left, then click on " Bee's Candida Articles and How to Get Started. " Most of us have used the caprylic acid, grapefruit seed extract, Alpha Lapoic acid, flax oil, bentonite/psyllium shakes, etc... just as you have. For most of us, they didn't work. What is BRILLIANT about what you will read here is the simplicity of it all. Everything makes sense. Bee has beaten candida, and has developed a tried and true method, from what it seems to me. You don't need to use ANY supplements other than what she recommends, or eat anything that's not on the list. And better yet, you don't even need to start taking antifungals until your body is ready for them. The cost of this regimen is much less than other candida regimens too! I haven't started the diet yet, but am slowly beginning to transfer to it. (I cut out sugars and beer within the last few days). Another thing is that Bee doesn't really recommend anything radical or strange. (Other than totally rejecting all governmental and medical " authorities " ... and all of western societies dietary norms, that is) No wacky new-age stuff... no fasting... no liver, gallbladder, colon cleanses, chakras, drum circles.... I've ordered everything to get started, and can't WAIT!!! Good luck to you as you read all the information here, and then begin your final assault on the yeasties... Welcome to our group. What is your name please? Doug answered your questions for you, but about diflucan, it is very damaging to the liver, and there are so many natural antifungals that work better and aren't damaging, i.e. coconut oil, butter, clove oil, oil of oregano, garlic, and many foods. Like Doug wrote please read the articles in our Group's Files first, and then post your questions. Cheers, Bee >

Guest guest
Hi Margo  I'm currently on a green juice fast in an attempt to kill of some candida - after reading about a 12 day green juice helath retreat to treat candida. And I have a book by a leading alternative health practitioner in Australia giving a 21 day juice fast recipe which is supposed to banish candida.  Dont know how effective it is till I try it so I'm trying it.  Helen    - On Sun, 30/11/08, free2ridejones <blairs3@...> wrote: From: free2ridejones <blairs3@...> Subject: Hi all candidiasis Received: Sunday, 30 November, 2008, 6:51 AM I was just wondering if I was to stop food for about 3 days would that help starve out the candida. In fact it was the only way I ever really got rid of it. But then I ate a lot of garbage and it came back. My doctor says not to fast, but I felt GREAT when I did. I didn't do it for three days. I fasted one day, then had some yogurt the second day, then fasted the next day. Beforehand, I ate very little for a couple of days. And had been following the diet faithfully for weeks before that. But the fasting totally knocked it out. In fact, when it disappeared, it was a total shock. I'd had it so long that at first I didn't realize what had happened. It happened to be Christmas day on the day of my second fast, and I was flying home, and when I walked in the door to my parents' house at midnight I went right to the bread box and ate some cake. very bad. but the fasting was great. These days I just eat hardly anything and take a lot of anti-candida stuff. I'll fast again soon but am working my way up to it. Good luck,
Guest guest
Hi Margo I have juice fasted for three days at a time on three different ocassions. Things did improve but as I started eating normally/sensibly again I went back to square one. It was a lot of effort for no long term gain. helen In
Guest guest
Hi Kathy, Have you been checked for Crohn's? Sometimes it presents in arthritis first, then abdominal symptoms later. It seems like the Crohn's arthritis is more in the big joints, too. I also saw that your brother has Crohn's. In any case, I hope you feel better soon. Guest guest
Hi... I have been on MTX approximately the same amount of time, with a lot of the same symptoms you describe. I am way better than I was without it however I always have aches in my shoulders and usually some kind of minor pain in my wrists (over used them throughout my work life). I have a very good Rheumatologist but I wonder if I will ever be completely pain free again. Stan Seattle, Clear and cold. -------------- Original message -------------- From: " k_stepnitz " <stepnitzcandles@...> I have been on methotrexate for 5 months. It seems to be helping a bit. I have seronegative RA, and I was diagnosed after seeing 3rd Rheumy. My joints affected at this time, are my knees and my shoulders. My back just started hurting, and my hands are stiff. I know that most RA pts have it in their hands and such. Are my symptoms normal? I also have alot of stiffness, big time, and all over pain. Guest guest
Hi Tawny: I have been thinking of you these last 2 days. Imagine my surprise when I saw your post today. I sure have missed talking with you, etc. I was so sorry to read that you are feeling so awful, and that you had a bad fall. Thank God you broke nothing. I know how wearing pain is, and I am sorry you are in such bad pain. I hope the Pred. starts to give you some relief. I hope you have some nice strong pain pills to help you. No fun to suffer like that day in and day out. I am praying you will have better days ahead, and pain free days also. God Bless you, and take care. So nice to read your post today. Guest guest
Hi Tawny, I'm still doing wonderfully well with Enbrel. I am so grateful that it continues to help me so much. I have been having some pain in my back from a vertebra out of place, but even it has been quiet for a while now. I hope that your rheumy will be able to prescribe something that will give you some relief. Do try to post, though, because we really miss you when you don't. You take care, too, and I'm sending those good vibes right back atcha. Guest guest
Yes, those falls can be really bad. Today I was coming up the back steps and stumbled or something. Do we ever really know what causes us to fall? Anyway, I landed on my feet, very hard, somehow, but screamed and about scared my husband to death. I hadn't even seem him; he was crouched behind the grill, doing something. Dennis, you've been silent lately. How goes it with you? Guest guest
Hi Barbara, It is so nice to hear from you. I have thought of you often, and I hope things are better for you. I miss talking with you, so we'll have to catch up. The RA, and all the other little diseases along with it, is causing me grief. I just can't catch a break anymore. Its just hard to function each day. The prednisone helps some, but not totally. I am taking Lortab, and its not working for me like it use to. I'm sure my body is just use to it, so I need something else. There are so many pains, I just keep quiet. Nothing anyone can do about it, so its hard at times. I have ddg to, and so I'm just a big pain, lol I also have plantar fascia, so I don't walk much right now. I see my rheumy the 27th, and I don't even want to hear the words, " exercise " or " walking " right now. I would love to be able to walk, but no way. When you get the chance email me, and let me know how you are. You are such a great person, and I know your future is looking brighter for you. Look to the stars, and always be you, Tawny > > > Hi Tawny: > > I have been thinking of you these last 2 days. Imagine my surprise when > I saw your post today. Guest guest
Sue, I'm so glad the enbrel is still helping you. You have been on it for quite awhile. I hope the pain from your back stays away. If I get a stronger med then Lortab, I will have to see the rheumy monthly, which really sucks. I live 100 miles from the office, so not good on my body or wallet. She wanted to give me something last year, but I just didn't want the drive. As for now, gas prices our down a little, so I might just deal with it. I will sure try to post. I'm very sorry, when I'm gone for so long. Its so hard for me to get on the PC at times. I can't walk very well now. I'm having a terrible time with my elbow also. I need a overhaul, a whole new body. You take care of yourself, Tawny > > > > > Hi Sue, > > > > I've had to hang up my pom-poms for awhile, lol I see my rheumy in a > > couple of weeks, and I will talk to her. Guest guest
Hi Dennis, Thanks for the warm welcome! I am glad to see your still posting. I hope things are going well for you. I'm still going, just very slowly, you know how that goes. Take care of yourself, and tell Betty, " hi! " Tawny > > Welcome back, Tawny.
