Guest guest
I found it helped to close my eyes BEFORE they started sliding me in there and then doing my best to think about really pleasant things...you'd think they'd give you some kind of music to listen to instead of all the clanks and clunks. Guest guest
The last one I had which was only a few weeks ago they gave me headphones with music (their choice, but beggars can't be choosers " , as my Mom always said) and since it was my lumbar spine my head was practically out the other end...it was only the going through that was claustrophobic...but prayers for a " good " result and pain free days. Guest guest
I, too, have been struggling with the coughing, sneezing, wheezing, gasping for air and the pain and plugged nose, etc. I went to get my flu shot but have to wait until this thing has left my body. Very frustrating. On top of that, it turns out that the bottom 3 vertebrae in my back have gone on the fritz. More pain. Big pain. Here it is nearly Christmas and I have yet to start my baking, sewing, cleaning, shopping for the big day. My RA seems just fine. The OA isn't too bad. The fibro? Well, it's always there. I guess that's enough grousing. Thanks for 'listening'. It helps to know there are others out there who need to vent now and then. I try not to be a pain even when I have pain, sometimes I just need a shoulder to lean on. Katriina ....
