Guest guest
I have been researching a lot of different herbs and brands of herbs in search for a program that will help my MS. I found a brand of herbs that surpass other companies as far as quality, standards and integrety of the herbs. The brand I have chosen is Nature Sunshine. It is sold through distributors, much like Herbalife but the quality and potency of the herbs are so much better. I went to a naturalist and she examined my blood, eyes (irodology) and did extensive muscle testing. She put me on a program and I have been doing this program for a while now and I feel great. First of all, I am drinking a water called Kangen Water. It is an alkaline water that will reduce the acidity in my body and also put oxygen into my cells. This water detoxes and cleanes your body. I drink 9.5pH and about a gallon a day. Also, I eat according to my blood type. I am A+ so I stay away from beef and dairy, sugar, wheat, corn, soy, peanuts and shellfish. I eat mostly veggies and some chicken. I have candida, so I dont eat things high in sugar and candida feeding foods. I am eating good fiber to clean out my colon and drinking fresh squeezed lemon aid with stevia as the sugar. Absolutely no high frutcose corn syrup, MSG, aspertame or man made chemicles. Herbs I take are: 1. B-Comples- 2. Super Orac (you can take Thim-J or Thymus Glandular instead..its cheaper) 3. Vitamin E (up to 1800 IU 4. Grapine (1mg per pound of body weight a day) 5. Evening Primrose 6. Omega 3 7. Flax Seed Oil 8. Lecithin (nerve food, helps the brain) 9. Herbal CA 10. Clorophyll (liquid, I mix with water and add stevia and its wonderful...my kids love it and its very helpful to them as well) 11. Nerve Eight (ATC) helps with nerve pain 12. Black Walnut (nerve tonic..high in magnesium 13. Silver Shield (liquid silver) 14. IGF--this is a stimulation of mylen sheath Also, she told me that if I want to do some aromatherapy these are good ones for me....Helichrysum, Rosemary, Geranium, and lavender. If you want more auto immune herbs, you can take Colostrum, Olive leaf, Thai-go and Glyco-8. Hope this helps.
