Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I had my B-12 blood work done and turns out I am low! Number should be between 180 and 914 and I'm at 189, so I'm going to see my Dr this afternoon for treatment options (that's how the nurse put it). First, thank you to everyone who emailed me about B-12, I'm really hoping it helps my neuropathy. Second, if anyone can tell me what they do for their B-12 deficiency I'd really appreciate it, I'm just really curious what options I may get from the Dr. I've been searching on the internet about it but I'd love to hear real life stories. One thing I read was that the B-12 shot is very painful as it's intramuscular and also that there are a ton of side effects possible. So I'm excited that it might help, but a little apprehensive about what this help will entail. Thank you, PJ
