Dawn!! Hi it's me...a. How have you been?

I take enbrel and prednisone. i took mtx eons ago but it did nothing for

me... only made my liver enzymes rise sky high. I think they were 3 fold

the normal values. and it took forever for them to go down. I bet 6-9

months... That was exciting. I was wondering for a while why I was so tired and

such a slug....and it was the liver enzymes being high.

I didnt have the itch at the time but i do have itching now for some

reason. I always thought it was just the dry skin.

Hope someone can help you with your question...Hugs..a

Mtx seems to be on everyones minds these days. im having a problem I was on

the pills which upset the tummy, switched to injections and they were

working better for me was increased on dosage which was working even better

I was starting to be able to walk up a few steps slowly which is a great

accomplishment and deal a tad better with things well had labwork done and

my liver is being notty! Lol meaning that my liver levels are too high, I

am

bloated from it and itchy etc, so rheumy said we have to drop my dosage of

mtx down and added chloroquine and mobic to help the mobic is taking the

place of lodine which was crap for me. Have any of you taken chloroquine or

mobic? Thank you for your input, hope you all have a pain free weekend.
