It's a seaweed.

Probably good in minerals therefore but I haven't tried it.

Subject: Ecklonia cava

I found a reference to a supplement I've never heard of before. It's called

Ecklonia cava. The info I found states that it helps reduce nitric oxide. And

appears to help blood flow in the brain. Anyone heard of it/try it?

" Increased Blood Flow

ECE crosses the blood-brain barrier and significantly improves blood flow, which

is likely another way ECE improves memory. More specifically, Dr. Lee's group

found that ECE can increase the velocity of blood flow in the carotid artery

from an average of 36.68 cm/sec. to 40.09 cm/sec., while the placebo showed no

improvement. "

Thanks . I like Dr. Sahelian, but do sometimes wish he would go out on a

limb once in awhile, instead of the " there are no studies " statement.

I wonder how bad this product could be if it's just a form of seaweed? But, the

verdict is still out.

There is no " just seaweed " ! You might have a different reaction than someone

else and one of you won't like it. The other will think it's a wonder cure. Try

it if it sounds like the positives outweigh the negatives and see if it helps

you. Stop if it hurts you.
