Could they chat wth me about what they use? Or does anyone know of certain foods that are just no-no's for inflammation? I just gave up garlic, and think I was doing much worse whit trying to go back to garlic pills for health. Light
Guest guest
I take fish oil tablets, hoping that they will help something or other. I take a multi-vitamin, plus extra B, C, E, and E, plus calcium and magnesium, not for inflammation, but for overall health in case I don't get enough in the food I eat. I'm still alive and doing reasonably well in spite of RA and diabetes, so I must be doing something right. Guest guest
I began to eat more fresh onion, and something called " kefir " which I obtain from milk. it contains some bacteria and yeast, they say it strenghts immune system. all of us have trouble with our immune system, overstimulated at wrong targets in RA, I hope it will be regulated in the right way. I do not want to catch a cold or smt else, all drives in flare ups. I hate to take pills anymore like vit E, vit C/D or A which I used when I was so fatigue and did not know I have RA (prior to diagnosis),  I have to take 8 pills min a day, I prefer to eat onion. good luck. ender   Is there anyone who uses natural suppliments for inflammation?   Reply to sender | Reply to group | Reply via web post | Start a New Topic Messages in this topic (1) Recent Activity: New Members 12 Visit Your Group
Guest guest
yes, wouldn't know how to find kefir. I also have yeast intolerance problems, I doubt I could ingest it safely. I'm, like other struggling with finding out what I eat that I've become more and more intolerant to. Ginger, I like it, but I read it's in the same lily family as garlic and onions, so I have to be careful with it too and see how I do. Guest guest
, probiotics are very helpful in fighting yeasts. Kefir (in yogurt section of grocery store) yogurt, and probiotic supplement blends might be helpful for your yeast issues, tummy upset, and overall health, check with your doc, Kate F Sent from my iPhone On Feb 28, 2011, at 3:49 PM, " light " <lauralight1972@...> wrote: > yes, wouldn't know how to find kefir.
