OT/ Need help, DH is trying to plan a last family vacation to Disney.

Hi all,

I know this is off topic and I apologize for that. I need lots of advice about

flying and medications with this RA and I am also an insulin dependent diabetic

and I use my wheelchair a lot for big things like Disney theme parks. My DH has

decided it is our last big family trip and we should plan it and go since we do

not know how long I will be able to make the trip. To be honest, I am not sure

about how well I will do now. We can take my wheelchair or should I rent one

down there? Should we stay in the parks and use their transportation or should

we stay in a cheaper hotel and rent a car? There are five of us and a dog, lol.

Yes, I said dog. He is small, but I have to find a hotel that will take him

because he is sooooo cute. I cannot leave him home. There isn't anyone to care

for him around here. I am petrified of flying. I am on regular pain management

but I will need breakthrough pain medication and how do you carry it on the

plane? I am so afraid it will be taken and then I will be stuck without

medications. SO, lay the advice on me. I am all ears. You can email me if you
