Guest guest
Judy I wonder if it just puts too much pressure on the heart and lungs when you lay Mark flat. The fluid retention helps increase the BP, it must also retain fluid around the heart and lungs so when laying him flat he feels like someone is sitting on his chest. This is just a guess coming from an asthmatic. I know the feeling of not being able to breathe or take a deep breath at times and laying flat always makes it worse. Just my 2 cents worth. Hope you can enjoy the ocean. It is one of the few places I have found that I can sit down and do nothing. I can just sit and watch the waves and the water and listen. I'd love to be able to do that on a daily basis. I could unwind and leave all my problems to be carried away with the tide. What a wonderful thought !!!! =:>) Sally
