This is a new one.

Over the past 2 weeks, I have developed a " warming sensation " on the outside of

my right ankle. It feels like someone is shining a lamp on the skin...making it

feel warm however when I touch it, it feels normal. What the heck? Two weeks ago

I blacked out. This started AFTER that.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is it possible I truly AM going

nuts?

maybe it's the meds? does the warm sensation feel like a sunburn? You should

have it checked by a doc.

Hi Kami,

I have also had a warming on my skin. When it happens to me, I'm

usually flaring, and the joint is inflamed. Just my two cents on that.

I wouldn't think the black out, would have anything to do with it.

You do need to talk with your doctor, always. I hope you feel better,

and find out what's going on.

Have a bless day,

Tawny

Hi Kami: I am sorry to read that you are in a bad flare. Yes, that is

why I say this disease " rears its ugly head " and makes our lives so

awful. I hope you get something from your Rheumy to make you feel

better, and ease your pain.

It seems like it rains, then it pours. Wishing you better days ahead,

and also pain free days.

Hugs,

Barbara

Kami,

I'm sorry to hear your flaring, I hope it don't last long. I usually go

in a flare, when my joints start feeling warm, its weird. Sometimes, I

run a low grade fever too. What we have to go through daily.

Take care of yourself, get well soon,

Tawny
