Hi Janet,

I am also curious why one would be advised to avoid zinc, but this is

stated both in papers I read by Dr. Nieper as well as what I was told

by the Brewer Library. The Library said it is ok if zinc is in your

food, but not to take zinc supplments, or it could completely undermine

the Nieper protocol. An explanation as to why was not given either by

Nieper's paper or the Library. I can send you the Nieper paper where he

says not to take zinc if you would like to see it, but again there is

no explanation as to why.
