Guest guest
Hi, there to each of you who sent your caring thoughts and prayers... both s, Helena, Poly, Gwen, and everyone. The solvent that I reacted negatively is called Hyskon. This is a fluid used during hysteroscopies/laps. Per Dr. March this is a rare occurrence. In his work experience, I was 1 in a 1,000; he already performed about 8,000 hys and I am the 8th one who reacted sensitively to it. From what I remember in the hosptial, he stated that it is supposed to flush out my system during the procedure. Because I was sensitive to it, it got into my bloodstream and lungs. I am back home in TX recovering in bed. Sometimes though I get so stubborn and move about... die-hard person. Yes, I know about the consequences and I will do my best to keep myself tied to the bed at least 50% of the time. Gotta go, out of breath. Hugs to each of you for your support. Oh, Dr. March also stated that my tubes are clear, in addition to taking care of the scarring. My post op is this Friday to remove the catheter -- how fun?! My belly and underwear line incisions are still bruised, but no pain or bleeding- just minor prickling when I exert myself. OK, I will go back to bed now....
