You may want to start monitoring your bp since you have lost weight and you are exercising. You may be able to reduce your bp meds (approval by your doctor). They often state that this percentage gets better while this percent doesn't even though the medication/treatment is the same. What they don't state is whether or not the persons tested had vitamin D deficiency, Lyme, Candida, heavy metal toxicity, B1 deficiency or what their diet is like.
