Guest guest
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced ankle pain on both sides that makes it very painful to walk. This feels similar to walking on two severely sprained ankles. I have both a cane and a walker and still can barely navigate. As of now I have tried therapy, {deep heat massage, ultra sound, and electrodes} , have went back on the prednisone {40 Mgs twice daily} had my oxyconitin upped to 40 mgs twice daily instead of 20, plus added the immediate release capsules of the same in 10 mgs, and of course I still take the Lyrica, Cymbalta, MTX and Humira and Ambien. I saw my medical doctor and therapist both this morning, and I see my Rheumy next Monday, they also did set me up with a another Rheumy who is supposed to be one of the best in this area and is closer to me but I cannot see him until Jan 27 so................waiting on that one. No one seems to have any answers. What I am looking for here is any ideas on relieving some of this pain other than quitting my job. I am not in a place financially to be able to do that, and to be honest I really enjoy my work. I don't know what I would do with myself if I quit.
