Guest guest
Alice Yes, they are tiny, so the dose I ended up taking for a while was 1/4 of one tiny tablet. I can imagine how bad you may have felt taking 5 tablets, that is 20 times the dose I could tolerate and the most I ever took was 3 that one time and I had to just collapse in bed. But after 3 made me sick, I backed down to the smallest dose I could take and worked my way up to tolerance and have made lots of progress by sticking with it and building up slowly. I was a wreck at the time, no energy, depressed, fatigued. overwhelmed, dropping stuff couldnt walk straight, couldnt drive. But after sticking with it, all of those symptoms have improved dramatically or disappeared. But even after 2 years of taking it, I can still only tolerate 2-3 tablets. So you still took a dose that is twice as much as I can still tolerate after years of use. I think it is a tremendous disservice that these companies recommend these higher doses and then people take it and get sick and then abandon it or worse hurt themselves. What is even worse is that experts say dont take small amounts, take big amounts and if you feel bad from taking it, take even more. Thats crazy. I hope you give it a second chance and ignore the directions on dose and start out with what you can tolerate, it may be a 1/4 of a tablet like me. But since it pulls out so many different bad things I think it is invaluable. As far as contamination, I only use yaeyama, it is supposed to be the cleanest. it is a brand of material, so many companies sell it and it is cheap. I am not sure what you paid but I bought 600 tablets for $17 that seems very cheap to me. on a side note, I have been almost addicted to the taste of the chlorella and love chewing them instead of swallowing them, it is like a mixture of green tea and sushi or something. Anyway maybe it is my body telliing me I need it, because most people think chlorella is disgusting. and this is coming from a person who thinks wheatgrass juice is disgusting, which some people like the taste. I am bummed I can only tolerate 2 tablets as I want to eat more.
