Guest guest
> how can you tell if there is a yeast infection in their ears? I learned this for my son because of two things. 1. If he was exhibiting vestibular symptoms, like spinning and wanting to be upside down, and/or sound sensitivity and he was holding his ears, I would give GSE and the symptoms would disappear. 2. One day my ears were itchy " on the inside " and I was rubbing them. Later in the day I developed a headache and sounds bothered me. I took some GSE and it went away. Guest guest
I went thru a similiar situation in that I had a UTI that started several months back, was unresponsive to antibiotics and in my opinion was even worse after the meds. I did research on my own and found out about Candida - of which I had many symptoms. I started Bee Wilder's diet plan, drank plenty of Parsley Tea, Pau D'arc tea and within a few days my UTI symptoms went away and have stayed away for over a month now. I went to a urologist who said my urine was clear, so I know it did work. I have continued the diet and have found the majority of my symptoms have dissappated but with this came a mild vaginal yeast infection. I started Pau D'arc douches alternated with an acidopholis douche at night, then waited a day or two and did 00 gelatin capsules with coconut oil in the am and acidopholis capsules at night. This has definitely helped. Let me know if you have other questions - you can email me directly off the loop if you prefer. Thanks. Guest guest
yogurt Yeast infections hello ladies, I have recurring vaginal yeast infections (2-3 per month) and was wondering if anyone else has this and what to do about it. My gynecologist is no help, she just wants to give me a pill to get rid of it, but I still get it again later. Will probiotics help with this? Thank you for any information. Guest guest
Hi - Sounds like you may have a case of systemic candidiasis (fungal overgrowth.) All of the ladies in this group know much more about this then I do, but have you tried taking caprylic acid? I went on a round of caprylic acid for 3 weeks (with probiotics of course, yougurt, kefir, etc.) I felt much better after that. Also, while you are on here. I saw that you had fat transfers with Dr. Huang. I just had my explant with her a few months ago and still would like to go back for fat transfers one day (if hubby will agree to it, of course!) Are you happy with the results? When did you have it done and how much fat have you lost? I don't even know if I'm a candidate or not, I think I'd need to gain some weight first, but I'm definitley interested! ~Krista > > hello ladies, I have recurring vaginal yeast infections (2-3 per month) > and was wondering if anyone else has this and what to do about it. Guest guest
, Getting yeast/fungus/Candida problems under control is a three part process . . . You only did the first step by taking an antifungal . . . You can also take Caprylic Acid . . 360 mg daily for 16 days. The next step is to get on a diet that discourages yeast growth (See The Maker's Diet). Then, you need to put friendly organisms back in your body . . . Garden of Life Primal Defense is excellent . . .So is home made Kefir, yogurt and sauerkraut. If you still have implants, it's going to be a uphill battle because those implants are probably manufacturing these organsims as fast as you kill them off. Guest guest
Rogene and , I was going to suggest the Caprylic Acid...it is very effective against candida. Vaginal yeast infections can be just one sign of a compromised immune system but also a candida infection. Caprylic acid will completely eradicate candida if taken in high enough doses. The actual amount needed to eradicate it is 3600 mg daily for at least 14 days (not 360 mg as stated.) You may have to buy several bottles of it to get the full therapeutic dose. Just wanted to clarify that! It is also helpful if the caprylic acid is enteric coated. We have a source for it listed in our products links. http://www.healthywarehouse.com/digestive-health/caprylic-acid- combination.asp Patty > > , > > Getting yeast/fungus/Candida problems under control is a three part process . . . > > You only did the first step by taking an antifungal . . . Guest guest
Ok so I have been reading everyones ideas and though I would share mine also, I have had many in the past and I found a treatment long ago that really works for the exterior. Go to your local pharmacy and buy Betadine scrub, you have to ask the pharmacist for it. Use it daily to wash the area and make sure once sudsed up leave it on for a 5 min contact time it will kill any yeast on the outside which causes that awful irritation. Just make sure you rinse very well after. It is an iodone solution and it kills anything. esp yeast! I also do the yogurt thing but I try to eat more of it and take aciddophilus supplements. This really works guys and you get great relief without meds. It is also much cheaper than those expensive treatments it is like $2.00 a bottle. Wishing you all a pain free day. I think there are some iodine douches out there for this but I have not ever tried them nor would I. I think they would do more harm than good as it might just kill off all the good bacteria also! Tammy Rather than aiming to be perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday. __________________________________________________________________ Canada Toolbar: Search from anywhere on the web, and bookmark your favourite sites. Guest guest
Hi there, Welcome to Bee's group! Can you tell us your name so we know what to call you? You are right to assume that your vaginal yeast infection comes from an overgrowth in candida in the body, but you need to deal with your immune system in order to deal with your body's overall health. Candida cannot be cured by 'killing it off.' It just doesn’t work that way. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1. Consuming 'proper nutrients' (diet plus supplements), 2. Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3. Eliminating damaging foods, and 4. Eliminating toxins in general. When the immune system is strong enough it will automatically 'make' candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the microbe it was before. What you need to do is read so you understand what candida is and what to do to get better. Please ensure you read two important articles so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: 1. How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2. Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php In the meantime, you can try some of these natural treatments, but they may only help with symptom relief to help you feel more comfortable. They won't deal with the problem of your candida overgrowth. It's the entire program that will deal with that. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/women6.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Once you've read, get back to us with any questions you might have. All the best, (a group moderator) > > Hi > > I know that vaginal yeast infections occur due to Candida overgrowth. How can I get rid of this? drinking Rejuvelac everyday?
