How can you tame a flare without medicine?

I am looking to become pregnant within the next 3 months or so (as a

surrogate),so I

cannot get back on my meds. I got a depo shot last week, but the day after I

started to

flare up. It's now in my hands, and man does it hurt. I am drinking Elations,

and started to

take Tylenol arthritis. Is there something else I can do to function? Thanks!
