Hi again

Umm.. I worked in healthcare most of my life. 1995 I was working at a

hospital and began getting skin lesions upon my face and having itchiness

all over my body ... 1995 to 1999 was rapid decline... horrible

skin outbreaks and extreme fatigue. 1999 was last time I worked a real

job-- was perm. disabled .

Since then, I have struggled with my body and learned some things.

Diet extremely needed changed. Now I do low-everything. Low salt,

low sugar, low fat. Found a few items really drive me nuts such as

enzymes and yeast.

When I wake i'm still very itchy. Usually a scalding hot shower

un-twists my nervous system enough for me to relax. But, there gotta

be a better way.

I'm here to learn more about others success and dismay.

I tell friend eh! im not dead yet!

and my new joke is - God doesn't want me in heaven- He's like ahhh

you can stay down there a bit longer ... hehe

anywho-
