I still don't walk but I am getting stronger. A hair mineral analysis and also a test done by a homeopathic doctor many years ago showed that I had excessive copper. I became a vegan after awhile and this article explains why it was deletarious after having some improvement in the beginning. I eat animal protein now and I feel good, better than I have in the past. I think that I'm finally going in the right direction. I have been on this path for about six months and plan to continue. I realize that it's going to take time. I'm starting with GAPS (for a couple of years)and I'll move on to Sally Fallon's Nourishng Traditions, gradually adding some of those foods as I go. I hope that if you try this you have similar results. Not everyone has the same terrain.
