Guest guest Posted June 7, 2010 Report Share Posted June 7, 2010 as a long time migrainiste, i second janet and gina--water and lots of it. there are also accupressure points you can dig your thumb into for some relief--just under the occipital ridge, between eyeball and eyebrow, on either side of your nose, along the cheekbone and jaw, and just behind the skull where it connects with the neck. thalassotherapy--alternating hot and cold streams in the shower also a big help, as well as inverted yoga poses--downward dog and shoulderstand esp. helpful. hope this works for you! aviva Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
