Guest guest
Hi Tammy, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
I used to get this and every summer they'd do the setting concrete trick but I haven't noticed it this year. Maybe something in the Best Bet Diet has changed things. I can't say what has stopped it but after over 10 years it has gone. Although I no longer walk, I do walk in the swimming pool so perhaps it is just change of temperature but it doesn't last forever. Janet To: mscured From: Tamgober@...
