Guest guest
" I've been battling constant light-headedness. It usually hits real hard when every I move around as opposed to stationary where I'm ok. " You may be describing similar to how I try to describe what I feel sometimes; my description of my feeling to others makes them talk to me about how I was feeling lightheaded even though I don't describe or feel that it is. Perhaps it's similar, but since the blood-pressure is higher up there in my head, I feel it's the opposite of light-headed. Mine also happens more often when I am moving about. Probably I said this before, so please excuse me if I am repeating: People who are lightheaded are frequently advised to put their heads down between their knees. This is not good advise for people who have too much blood in their brain to begin with. It helps eventually if I am lying down with my head elevated. Sometimes when this happens I am not in a place to lie down, so I sit & I also take sublingual B complex, which I always try to have in my purse.
