Guest guest
Has anyone tried bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to relieve MS symptoms? (as for example done by Simpson as described in one of her books). I am considering this route, but it's a difficult decision. Would like to know if anyone has tried it and if so what the results were --- whether that be good, bad, or none. Or if anyone knows others who have tried it and can offer feedback. My concern is that if it works it only masks the problem, rather than solve it. However, at this point, I would settle for that to get some symptom relief. But I also understand once on them, the body starts making even less of its own hormones, and hence this is a lifetime commitment and also that it can be difficult to get the right dosing. Plus of course there's the expense and no guarantees it will help and could even make things worse. thanks for any opinions--personal or otherwise,
