Guest guest
have a lovely easter sunday camping i'm afraid i dont like roughing it either. my husband and i once took both cars loaded with people to a place called balmaha at loch lomond and when it came to 11pm drove home and came back the next day to enjoy the rest of the 'camping' trip. gwynne the burrel is a unique building in a glasgow park that was built to house the art collection of a guy called sir william burrell. he left the collection to the glasgow people and the objects are rotated as there are so many of them. i had never been before even though it is only 2 miles from my door. gina visited it in glasgow and after talking about it, i was prompted to visit. it is overwhelming. there are so many prescious objects that you just can't appreciate it. dishes from roman times. ancient egyptian masks, spears, tapestries, huge medieval furniture. you look at sometime that says its 3000 years old and just can't take it in. most of the objects would be stars in their own rights. the building has a glass wall on one side with an amazing view of greenery. i just can't get away with the wealth of one man to own all this. he was something to do with shipping but not a shipbuilder. i checked out your photos again and noticed your mother of the groom outfit. very chic. full length. i am 5'2 " so one thing i know is that i should buy from a petite range. i was thinking about just below the knee but i dont want a heavy jacket or a traditional mob look and i dont want a hat. my sister in law's hat last year just flattened her hair. i thought i'd put my hair up and put in a glittery comb. what i have decided is that my accessories like sandals and bag, will be silver glittery diamonte. christopher is very like you. he is a handsome guy. the bride and bridesmaid dresses are lovely too, very sophistocated. i have a concentrator at home prescribed for exercise and when i'm doing a lot of tasks i wear it also but i dont need to do laundry or bedmaking cos andy just does it. he started doing it as it saved him listening to me cough all night (as well as concern for me). i shop & tidy, he cleans. he hoovers and uses cleaning chemicals when i'm out. its a small house since we downsized. i make him lovely dinners and make sure he always has chocolate covered digestives. when i'm sitting i'm at 94-96. the minute i move it drops and if i was to go and make tea i would drop to about 88. if i do more than that or reach or pull then it will drop further, maybe 82. on the rare occasion i do something stupid it will drop more but i dont get myself in positions like that. i have my blue badge, grocery shop often and move around the store slowly. i never buy too much to lift into the car and often just leave heavy stuff for andy to bring in. recently my neices grandmother called and asked me to collect the girls from school as she had an emergency. i said yes but forgot i didnt have the car so i set off in plenty of time and paused along the way. its normally a 15minute walk and i allowed an hour although it didn't take that long. i texted my hubbie to tell him what i was doing and asked him to drive along the route if he was home in time. it was windy and raining and i was dreading walking back but when i came out the gate my man was there. i know i can't get myself in a position like that again. that day brought it home. i've got a feeling that they are slow to give people o2 here and that my consultant wouldn't have prescribed the concentrator if it hadn't been for the upcoming transplant evaluation. anyway i've made up my mind to buy a portable concentrator so i will get on with it and get myself used to it before the wedding. i just can't see myself dragging tanks about. maybe because i've never seen anyone with one and the tanks they gave me seem huge - 21 " . i've only seen a couple of people at rehab with o2. i have been a gab again tonight. i'm off to bed now. may uip 0606 glasgow scotland
Guest guest
May A gab but a lovely gab. Now, you really do need some form of portable oxygen. I can't imagine your oxygen doesn't drop a good bit of the time grocery shopping and then lifting into car below 90. I'm guessing in their minds you're not quite needing it yet because you sit ok, but oxygen is our great protector. > > > have a lovely easter sunday > > camping > i'm afraid i dont like roughing it either. my husband and i once > took both cars loaded with people to a place called balmaha at loch > lomond and when it came to 11pm drove home and came back the next day > to enjoy the rest of the 'camping' trip. > > gwynne > the burrel is a unique building in a glasgow park that was built to > house the art collection of a guy called sir william burrell. he > left the collection to the glasgow people and the objects are rotated > as there are so many of them. i had never been before even though it > is only 2 miles from my door. gina visited it in glasgow and after > talking about it, i was prompted to visit. it is overwhelming. > there are so many prescious objects that you just can't appreciate > it. dishes from roman times. ancient egyptian masks, spears, > tapestries, huge medieval furniture. you look at sometime that says > its 3000 years old and just can't take it in. most of the objects > would be stars in their own rights. the building has a glass wall > on one side with an amazing view of greenery. i just can't get away > with the wealth of one man to own all this. he was something to do > with shipping but not a shipbuilder. > > i checked out your photos again and noticed your mother of the groom > outfit. very chic. full length. i am 5'2 " so one thing i know is > that i should buy from a petite range. i was thinking about just > below the knee but i dont want a heavy jacket or a traditional mob > look and i dont want a hat. my sister in law's hat last year just > flattened her hair. i thought i'd put my hair up and put in a > glittery comb. what i have decided is that my accessories like > sandals and bag, will be silver glittery diamonte. christopher is > very like you. he is a handsome guy. the bride and bridesmaid > dresses are lovely too, very sophistocated. > > i have a concentrator at home prescribed for exercise and when i'm > doing a lot of tasks i wear it also but i dont need to do laundry or > bedmaking cos andy just does it. he started doing it as it saved him > listening to me cough all night (as well as concern for me). i shop > & tidy, he cleans. he hoovers and uses cleaning chemicals when i'm > out. its a small house since we downsized. i make him lovely > dinners and make sure he always has chocolate covered digestives. > > when i'm sitting i'm at 94-96. the minute i move it drops and if i > was to go and make tea i would drop to about 88. if i do more than > that or reach or pull then it will drop further, maybe 82. on the > rare occasion i do something stupid it will drop more but i dont get > myself in positions like that. i have my blue badge, grocery shop > often and move around the store slowly. i never buy too much to lift > into the car and often just leave heavy stuff for andy to bring in. > > recently my neices grandmother called and asked me to collect the > girls from school as she had an emergency. i said yes but forgot i > didnt have the car so i set off in plenty of time and paused along > the way. its normally a 15minute walk and i allowed an hour although > it didn't take that long. i texted my hubbie to tell him what i was > doing and asked him to drive along the route if he was home in time. > it was windy and raining and i was dreading walking back but when i > came out the gate my man was there. i know i can't get myself in a > position like that again. that day brought it home. > > i've got a feeling that they are slow to give people o2 here and that > my consultant wouldn't have prescribed the concentrator if it hadn't > been for the upcoming transplant evaluation. anyway i've made up my > mind to buy a portable concentrator so i will get on with it and get > myself used to it before the wedding. i just can't see myself > dragging tanks about. maybe because i've never seen anyone with one > and the tanks they gave me seem huge - 21 " . i've only seen a couple > of people at rehab with o2. > > i have been a gab again tonight. i'm off to bed now. > > may uip 0606 > glasgow scotland >
