Has anyone in here tried Lion's Mane extract?

Recently I've been asked to help advocate for a woman who has multiple

sclerosis because when she became homeless, the government became overly

involved. It was implied that because she allowed herself to be in a

position of becoming homeless, was not doing anything medically for ms &

because she had been " wasting her money " on holistic treatments, she was

not capable of taking care of herself & commitment papers were hastily

drawn up. Presently she is being forced to take medications she doesn't

want to take & the combination of everything has taken a toll on her.

When I went to see her, I was asking her various questions about

different herbs and vitamins that she'd been taking before she became

homeless. One of the things she mentioned was Hericium, (which she was

slurring & I didn't understand right away) - she said it had helped her

greatly, in that she had seen improvement, less weakness and that she

stopped having spells that would suddenly take away all her energy,

(something that I can relate to which I describe as losing my chi &

feeling like I am going to die). Then a few weeks later there was a link

posted in here

http://www.14ushop.com/flyin-blind/new-MS-regimen.html

& the Hericium was listed, suggesting that it activates nerve tissue and

may lend to the process of remylelination.

After making the connection that this Lion's Mane is what she was

talking about, I am contemplating trying it. But I am just curious about

if anyone else here has done this already.

Cheers,

Cheylenna
