Crile pointed out many years ago that liver problems usually precede psychological and emotional problems. The liver is the primary storage site for excess metals such as copper, iron and manganese. Whenever you see a person who has serious mental or emotional problems of various kinds, it would be prudent to determine if liver problems associated with heavy metal toxicity exist. " I wonder if the depression I have suffered from for the last 5 years, (3 yrs before MS dx) has something to do with this? And that the excess minerals/toxicity correlates to both the depression AND the MS? Guess I better do that liver detox NOW.......
