Guest guest
M, I am on a totally veggie diet and have done a lot of research on teas and foods that help. I have found that berries are actually good for inflamation, but tomatos are not very good, which sucks because I love tomatos. I have found that grean leafy veggies, spring mix lettuces, peppers, and anything that has good color is really good for inflammation. Also, beans and good yogurt, and probiotics, are excellent for inflammation. I am shocked that someone said Dairy, because organic dairy milk and soy milk are actually very good for inflammation. Think what helps you sleep, warm milk. Olives and olive oil and coconut oil are very good for inflammation. I drink herbal teas that are good for inflammation and Matcha Green tea, a powered green tea has a large amount of anti inflammatory properties. Hope this helps, BJ --- In , " michelle_collins@... Guest guest
Hi M, I am with BJ too, vegetables except tomatoes, eggplants... (found them as nightshade group) and milk/yogurt are good. I found some diets of RA patients who shared their experiences in arthritis today site so I quit wheat. Of course there is no miracle but I believe it works for me. No wheat, no great pain. I can make my home stuff on my own now. try yourself by eliminating the food one by one. Ender > > Hi, > I've been reading some information regarding foods that cause inflamation.
