Kami~ Double doses of Humira or ?

Thanks for your response, Kami. Your story sounds like mine. I am very

grateful Humira helps as it does! The double dose concerns me, but when

comparing the heck that breaks lose if I can't take vs. taking it as I am it I

choose to lean toward continuing to take it weekly.

Hi...I have been on weekly shots of Humira (along with injections of Mtx). I

started with the usual dose of 2 shots per month, but had to go to weekly as 2x

a month did not work. I have been doing this for over 5 years now. Taking this

much does concern me, but I go downhill quickly whenever I have to go off such

as when I am otherwise sick, have surgery, etc. Does anyone else have to take a

double dose of Humira? Are you doing ok?

I, too, was/am concerned about dosing every week, too. I was VERY reluctant

however I thought... " Maybe this will only be temporary and once I get this

under control, I can go back to every OTHER week " Well.... LOL Now I don't even

want to TRY to cut back for fear of feeling bad again!
