Guest guest
Hi PJ, I can't answer your injection questions because I am a Giant Wuss and have never done my own shot. You gave yourself your second shot?! You are AMAZING! Enliven services (www.Enbrel.com) can answer what to do in the situations you're describing. And for what it's worth, I like the prefilled better than the autoinject. You can go at your own speed of injection w the prefilled and the autoinjector seemed to have a " pumping " action that unnerved me. I did ok with it, but the syringe is so easy to use and doesn't fill up the sharps box as fast. Guest guest
Hi Kate, I didn't even think of Enbrel support, sometimes I wonder where my brain is. :-) The nurse also showed me how to autoinject in case I switch over. She told me that when it clicks the medication has all been instantly injected, made me wonder how that felt. I do like going slow with the self inject, just hope my shaking hands don't mess me up. Thanks!! I'm going to the Enbrel site now. PJ PS - thank you so much for saying I'm AMAZING. Seriously, I can't tell you how good that made me feel!! :-) This whole group has been so wonderful, there's just nobody else that understands all about this disease.
