Guest guest
Hi everybody, I learned the outcome of the transplant committe decsion today. A few issues need to be addressed/resolved before I can be listed. Most concerning is the outcome of my angiogram which showed high left-ventricular end diastolic pressure which is the resting pressure in your heart. The pressure should be less than 12, and mine is 23. I have to see a cardiologist, as the concern is that post-transplant, with pressures this high, there is a rapid concern for developing pulmonary edema. One possible contributing factor may be sleep apnea, which I have never suspected, but need to undergo a sleep study to determne if this is playing a role. I see my pulmonologist and a cardiologist tomorrow, so I'll understand much more then hopefully. I would ask your continued prayers everyone as this has been difficult to hear, and absorb. It's been an emtional day. I am continuing to believe that although I don't understand why this is all happening, that God sees and knows way beyond my understanding, and there are reasons I cannot comprehend now why this delay is for the best. His timing is perfect, and I continue to trust in Him to reveal all the best that awaits. You have my continued prayers. Thank you for sharing your lives with me. Thank you for your support, your naturalness, your honesty, and your insight and caring into dealing with all this. It's precious and priceless. God bless each of you..............Jean Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search.
