RA and smoking

I smoked for 15 years before quitting when I got pregnant with my son 30 yrs

ago, sure wish I didn't, some other women that I know also have RA and were

smokers, what a destructive habit !!!! and I was a nurse......:-(

I hear you, . I smoked for over 25 years before quitting. I've been smoke

free for almost 4 years now, but I still kick myself in the butt for even

starting up the habit as I was over 20 when I started. We can't go back, but we

can certainly move forward. I will get an occasional craving (still) and I tell

myself " Oh hell no - look where it got you now! " ...
