I've been smoke free for almost 4 years now, but I still kick myself in the butt for even starting up the habit as I was over 20 when I started. We can't go back, but we can certainly move forward. I will get an occasional craving (still) and I tell myself " Oh hell no - look where it got you now! " ... Best wishes.....
