I don't like the idea of using meds for symptoms because symptoms are my indicator of what's going on with my body. Now, I've been fortunate that my symptoms (when I eat something I react to) are fairly minor - tingling or numbness in hands and feet, vertigo, fatigue & brain fog, bad handwriting, etc. - so it's easier for me to say that than someone who has more severe symptoms. If I couldn't get things under control holistically and had a symptom that was affecting my quality of life, I may consider meds. But that would definitely be last resort. However, I was wondering what are people's opinions about taking prescription meds to control symptoms. >
