Question about Restless Leg Syndrome

Hi,

I have been experiencing this problem on and off for about 3 weeks now.

Yesterday I got my 2nd spine shot nerve blocker L5....and sure enough, last

night I was up for about 2 hours with this annoyance. I looked it up and found

out that some causes are iron deficiency, joint illness, vitamin deficiency,

which I have. A medication that can help with this is Tramadol which I take.

It's not helping. I found an oil on line that I think I'm going to order,

I'd rather try this than take yet another pill. I'll mention it to the nurse

today when she calls to follow-up about yesterdays procedure. I have to take

benadryl since I've been reacting to the steroid with rosey cheeks and a 4

to 5 day headache that Tylenol won't touch. I'd love to hear your

experiences, comments on this.
