Without medication how are you managing your symptoms?

I know this group promotes natural healing. One of the members introduced me to

a forum called this is MS. I saw many people post horrible experiences after

getting Avenox injections. I wonder how are you managing your symptoms without

those toxic drugs? Are you on any medication at all?
