Dear RA-Support group members,

1) Please remember to sign your posts. You may use a pseudonym. Just

put something down after what you have written. This is common

courtesy and, by signing your post, you take ownership of what you

have said.

2) Please trim your posts. In our group, trimming means removing all

but one post following yours. Here is a site where trimming is

explained (screenshots, too):

http://www.marthas-web.com/trimming-posts.htm

By removing the garbage after your post and the message which you are

responding to, you are making your post easier to read, particularly

for our digest readers.

3) For the safety of everyone, please do not direct others to start or

stop treatment, change the dosage of current medications, or try OTC

remedies. It's fine to suggest that another ask his or her physician

about a treatment you have tried successfully or know about.

If you don't comply with these rules and your posts are still being

moderated (the messages of all new members are), you will remain on

moderation status for quite some time. If you are not being moderated

and you often forget to comply, I may return you to moderation status.

If my address is not in your e-mail contact list, you may not notice

mail I have returned to you. Either add me or check your junk folder

if you think one of your posts may not have gone through to the group.

Thank you for your cooperation. As always, please contact me privately

if you have questions.

Moderator, RA-Support
