Guest guest
The best reason for waiting until you are hungry to eat is that everything tastes SO GOOD. Another benefit is that when you are truly hungry, you have a better chance of knowing what it is that you do want to eat. And when you eat when you are hungry there is no guilt tied to it because you know you are doing what you need to do - feed your body. Guest guest
One of the benefits for me of waiting for hunger is that when I eat for other reasons, I spend the next hour beating myself up for doing it. Also, I've noticed when I eat without hunger, nothing that I eat is satisfying or tastes very good. I do have trouble recognizing hunger. Sometimes just thinking about food makes me think I'm hungry, but I'm usually not. > > Just throwing this question out there to get more discussion going: What are the benefits of > waiting for hunger? >
