Guest guest
Yes, I take fosamax (for osteoporosis) every sunday morning and am mildly nauseated for rest of day. I am 59 year old male. If you find any anti depressant or any other prescription pill without side effects let me know too. Guest guest
Kerry, I have osteopenia too from the prednisone. I take fosamax once a week and it does make me mildly nauseated. My doctor wanted me to take reclast ( the once a year IV Judy took) but it is rather new, expensive, and has a lot of side effects. I felt that something you take once a week isn't as strong and if the side efects are horrible it is out of your system in 7 days. With reclast, if you do have severe flu symptoms and/or jaw pain, you will be stuck with them for quite a while. I am not sure about Boniva. Good luck with your research- Sarcoid/PF 3/2006 California Gwynne from Kerry Hi Gwynne,I am soooo behind in posts. My sister got here the Monday before last and my Dad got here a week ago today.
