disability or back to work?

Merry Xmas to all,

I am in a dilema right now.

I have been on disability (FMLeave) from work over 4 months. My Rhuemy says he

thinks maybe by the middle of the year I might be ble to go back to work

(office, typing & telephone work). My issue is I have had my Rituxzin infusions

& on MTX now & feeling alot better some days. I know that my job is stressfull

and they have told me that if i don't return by 1/4/2010 and continue my

disability I will be TERMINATED. My question is if I get terminated does my

disability insurance end & then I have to apply for unemployment? Or does short

term disability continue until I finish my funds and then apply for unemployment

I am a little confuse on how I will support myself with what income. Any infor

will be appreciated.
