Hi Dianne,

Yes, I too have a closet full of pillows. The one I currently

use was purchased at a Bed Bath and Beyond and is for side sleepers.

It's firm but squishy enough that I can arrange it under my neck.

The foam contour pillow is worthless for sleep but I use it as a back

support on a deep cushioned chair. I also purchased a cervical

pillow from a massage therapist that is very comfortable but only

when I am laying on my back. It has a kind of indentation in the

middle; like a donut but the indentation doesn't go all the way

through.

I would be interested in what others use as support between the

legs when laying on their sides. I am totally a side sleeper and

can't seem to get the right leg support. Some pillows and/or wedges

are either two thick, thin, short or narrow. I'm currently using a

newly purchased travel size pillow which is pretty good but a little

short.

HI TIM,

I use a memory foam pillow.{got it from Sam's Club}

I've had good results from using it.

My neck seldom hurts from sleeping on it.

Of course when I get to moving around a bit it hurts like crazy again.{from the herniated disk that I have}

Hope that this helps you.

MAY YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY TOMORROW THAN TODAY.

Hi Larry,

I bought one of those from sams club for x-mas last year. No one

in the house could stand to sleep on it so we use it as a seat

cushion. It's probably the same one as I think sams only has one that

I've ever seen.

May our day be pain free

I have one that is shaped like a bone, and very used, like Schroeders

blanket. I can't sit in a recliner or sleep without it, it goes everywhere

with us. I need to get a new one and break it in. I also have 2 of the

tootsie roll shaped ones for under my knees or between my legs if I'm on my

side. Really helps my lower back, the bone is for my neck. Dave
